StockGenixs provides inventory management, billing, party management, and financial reporting tools for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into StockGenixs (items, sales, parties, etc.). We do not sell your business data to third parties.
We recommend using the built-in Backup feature to maintain your own copy of your data. In the event of server issues, we will make best efforts to restore data from our backups, but cannot guarantee zero data loss.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service (name, phone, email, and business data you enter). This information is never sold to advertisers.
We use standard encryption practices to protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described above.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
